In the center of La Costa del Sol, Marbella has about 27 kilometers of coastline, distributed in 24 different beaches within the municipality. Marbella town hall forbids animals on the beach, and that several beaches especially closer to the town centre have volleyball and sea sports on offer, such as windsurfing, waterskiing and pedal boats for hire. Marbella Beach and the Marbella Promenade is flanked by pavement cafés, restaurants and apartment buildings on one side, and the Mediterranean on the other, this promenade is one of the most attractive on the Costa del Sol

BEACH IN MARBELLA: BEACHES GUIDE

ARTOLA BEACH	This Marbella Beach is a naturist beach, is situated in a protected sand dune area, Las Dunas de Artola, next to Cabopino Port. 1.500 m long and 25 m wide, made up by fine sand from the dunes.
ALICATE BEACH	This sand Beach is situated in a semi-urban area, surrounded by urbanizations with low buildings. It is 1.900 m long and 35 m wide. We will find the Pinomar Hotel, and 11 beach bars and a beach club.
CALAHONDA BEACH	This Marbella Beach is situated on the Eastern limit of the municipality of Marbella, in fact most belongs to Mijas. It is 900 m long and 30 m wide, made up by fine blonde sand. Tourist Beach.
CASA BLANCA BEACH	This Beach is situated within the urbanization area, more precisely at the Casa Blanca Urbanization. It is 2 KM long and 45 m wide, made up by regenerated blonde colored sand. The beach is flanked by a recently built promenade.Offered are six beach restaurants with sun beds.
EL ANCON BEACH	This Beach is situated next to the El Ancon Urbanization. It is 900 meters long and 20 meters wide, and is made up be fine blonde medium sand, typical to this part of the Mediterranean. It is a tourist beach with a low occupation level.
EL CABLE BEACH	This Beach is situated in a mainly un-built area in Marbella, reaching from the Fishing Port to the Rio Real River, being 1.300 m long and 40 m wide, with fine golden sand.
EL FARO BEACH	Situated to the West of the Leisure Port in Marbella, more concretely between the Port entrance and the breaker, in the very center of Marbella. It is 300 m long and 35 m wide.
EL PINILLO BEACH	After the beach of El Cable, this Beach situated in a semi-urban area, next to the Los Monteros Urbanization. It is 1.500m long and 30m wide, with golden sand forming natural dunes. It has a beach restaurant.
ELVIRIA LA ROMANA BEACH	Beach located between the Don Carlos Hotel and the Romana Playa hotel, 35 m
LA BAJADILLA BEACH	700 m long and 35 m wide Beach, is made up by medium grain black sand. It is a popular tourist beach with a high occupation level. the services offered are three beach restaurants with sun beds. This beach is the continuation of the beach of Venus
LA FONTANILLA BEACH	Fontanilla Beach is one of the concurred sandy grounds of Marbella. It´s situated within the urban area of Marbella and is 800 m long and 30 m wide, made up by black regenerated sand. The whole beach is flanked by the pedestrian promenade and it is next to the Leisure Port in Marbella.
LA VIBORA BEACH	Beach is situated in a semi urban area, next to the river of the same name. It is 650 m long and 35 m wide, made up by fine golden dune type sand; it is possible to practice water sports here, such as windsurf, waterbikes, jet skiing...It is a calm beach, and not very visited by the public.
LAS CAÑAS BEACH	Beach is situated in a semi-urban area, next to the Marbesa Urbanization. It is 1.200 m long and 10 m wide and is a narrow beach that has been slightly deteriorated by storms.
LAS CHAPAS BEACH	This beach is situated in a semi urban area, next to the urbanization of the same name. It is 1.000m long and 40 m wide
LINDA VISTA BEACH	This Marbella Beach it is situated close to the town of San Pedro Alcantara, next to the Linda Vista Urbanization, this beach is 550m long and 40m wide. Tourist beach, different waters ports can be practiced such as windsurf, waterbikes...
LOS MONTEROS BEACH	Beach in semi-urban area, next to the Bahia de Marbella Urbanization, 2 km in length, 50 m width.
NAGÜELES BEACH	Nagueles Beach is situated next to the Puente Romano Beach, situated on the Golden Mile of Marbella, next to the Marbella Club Urbanization. It is 800 meters long and some 50 meters wide, made up by blonde colored sand proceeding from a regeneration process. The beach is flanked by a promenade.
NUEVA ANDALUCIA BEACH	Beach situated in the area of the urbanizations, next to Nueva Andalucia and close to Puerto Banus, it is 1.100m long and 30m wide
PUERTO BANUS BEACH	This Beach is situated within Nueva Andalucia, to the west of Puerto Banus. It is 1 km long and 50 m wide. The Beach services offered there are four beach restaurants with sun beds and the beach is surrounded by a pedestrian promenade.
REAL DE ZARAGOZA BEACH	Beach next to the Real de Zaragoza Urbanization. It is 1.800 m long and 50 m wide, made up by fine golden san of the dune type. The beach counts on many infrastructures.
RÍO VERDE BEACH	Beach in the area of the Rio Verde Urbanization, next to the river with the same name, it is a 1.200 m long beach and 30 m wide, with black sand that proceeds mostly from the Rio Verde River. Close, remains of a Hispano Roman villa from the Ist century, known as the Rio Verde Roman Villa.
SAN PEDRO DE ALCANTARA BEACH	Beach in the urban area of San Pedro de Alcantara, it is a 1 km long beach and 35 m wide, made up by medium dark sand, proceeding from a regeneration project.
